The product description says this is a simple pedometer, accurate calorie counter, large display digital daily goal monitor that can track steps and kilometers, calories and activity time. (Clip and strap included). As shown, this is a basic pedometer with a rechargeable battery, but I don't find it doing anything other than counting steps. Mileage, calories or activity time are not tracked. Also, there's no time setting, so it doesn't flip at midnight. You have to reset the numbers if you want to start a new day. As said, clip and strap are included. Otherwise very disappointing.
