Woofer replacement Perfect Focal, except SQ

Perfect replacement for Focal Polyglass 6.5”. Replaced a blown woofer in my Focal accessory speaker that was installed in the front doors of a 2007 Rav4. This woofer corresponds exactly to the Focal parameters in impedance and slightly better in the frequency range. Known for their fragility, Focal woofers cost $180 each on the secondary market. I bought a pair of these Lanzer (Pyle) woofers with the intention of stretching my two Focal woofers to balance the mids with the same drivers on each side, rather than just replacing a blown driver. Installation was a little tricky because I had to widen the cutout in my custom mount. This driver is a true 6 3/4" and the focal length is 6 1/2". This driver is much stronger than the focus driver with a giant magnet. After I installed and tested it, it sounded identical to the Focal woofer still mounted on the driver's side. Same output and tone at all frequencies. I'm pretty anal when it comes to drivers matched to create a good stereo soundstage. But it sounds perfect with a set of polyglass components. Even at extreme volume I could not find any imbalances. So I'm thinking about building a new system around an extra woofer for my standard Acura; My daughter's car shouldn't sound much better than my expensive Acura JBL system!
