Arrived with a torn edge on the shoulder. From the moment she put it on my 3 year old daughter wanted to love it but was tugging at the neck and sleeves, not just the tulle but the ribs on the sleeves getting in her way. At Costco, we found a lined tutu dress with a tulle-attached cotton tank top and cotton petticoat. Same price, better quality, and a good choice for those sensitive to textures.
