The customer service is great! They are always willing to help with any questions or concerns I have, even if it's just an email inquiry about their services.
It has been difficult for me personally because they do not offer much in-home assistance when we need them most (when my mom gets sick). We use this software mainly so that our residents can access medical information from home instead while away at work/school etc., but sometimes there isn't enough documentation available online without having someone physically present to explain things better than what you could find yourself through research alone.
