Review on Colocation America by Brandon Woodson

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about colocating companies in general as well as their own business specifically. They were able to answer all my questions quickly with no hesitation at any time during this process. I have not found anything that was bad so far but if there's something they could improve please let me know because i'm sure everything will be fine once again soon enough since they've been great up until now :) We had an issue where one site went down which caused us some downtime while trying to figure out what happened. Their team responded immediately by having someone come right away from home within minutes after getting off work just to fix things without charging extra fees like other providers do when such issues happen.
