Service level has been amazing. Customer service is excellent. The price is great and the location is great. I am not a fan of the fact that a lot of people use the colo to run illegal activities. I feel like I'm running afoul of the law. The facility itself is clean and well maintained. There is a lot of room for growth. It's very easy to set up our cloud servers and it's very secure. They have great customer service. I can't think of anything bad to say about them. The only thing I can think of is that they are expensive. But that's understandable because they are a very large company. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about colocating companies in general as well as their own business specifically. They were able to answer all my questions quickly with no hesitation at any time during this process. The staff is very friendly & helpful when needed as well as always willing to answer any questions that I may have about their services. They also offer an amazing amount off discounts which helps keep my monthly costs down even more than expected. Nothing really at this time but if there was something i would like improved upon - maybe make sure they do not charge extra fees just because one uses another colo provider in addition to them?
