The staff is very friendly & helpful when needed as well as always willing to answer any questions that I may have about their services.

They also offer an amazing amount off discounts which helps keep my monthly costs down even more than expected. Nothing really at this time but if there was something i would like improved upon - maybe make sure they do not charge extra fees just because one uses another colo provider in addition to them? Just be prepared with all possible options being considered before making final decisions regarding who will provide best service out-of-the box solution available today. Hosting multiple websites using cloud platforms such as AWS EC2 instances etc.
