Decent - Too bad it was thicker
It's definitely a lot warmer than spandex gaiters, and for wool they're very soft and comfortable. I just wish for the price they would have made it with a thicker fabric. If so, I'd probably buy more for the winter. Haven't washed it yet so hope there isn't a problem but the other merino wool items I have (socks) are fine.
