Highly recommend as part of a planter fasciitis treatment plan

I have plantar fasciitis and have reached the point where I am in severe pain. Freezing and stretching exercises helped moderately. But the very first night I used this tire there was a definite improvement. Be careful not to wrap too tightly. It kept me awake one night and eventually started to hurt. But looser packaging solved this problem for good.
