The platform has been easy enough for my small team of support staff to use (and understand).
I'd like some more integrations with other apps, but this is not something we are currently working towards at present time - it's great that as an option it would be possible though! My only feedback here is simply in relation to their API integration options or lack thereof. It was clear they were looking into adding additional functionality, however this didn't happen before launch so was never released. We've found the product works well for us (we're collecting customer reviews via our own website which then feed back through the platform) and have seen customers using them too.
