Low quality. Soft to the point of goosebumps.
Extremely poor quality. The top bar has peeled off, yes it looks like it was glued and not soldered. The extension connecting the two sides is flimsy cheap plastic. The metal is poor quality and so light that hanging and removing the towel can loosen the stem and detach the plastic extension. I didn't want to incriminate anyone by donating this item to the Salvation Army so I threw it in the trash. I am sorry to write this review. I have spent money on this item. live and learn
