Overall good repair kit

Great PC repair kit, metal looks the same as my Wiha and Beta tools. Took an old hard drive apart to test them and they held up great. Don't let all the freebie reviews put you off, this is a good set.

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • unreliable

All in all a good tool set.

All very reliable. The kit is flat enough to fit in the front of my pack without bloating. All tools seem to be durable. I've only had this kit for about two weeks so we'll see, but in that short time it's become a fairly constant companion in my gear bag. The only thing that confuses me is that the screwdriver locking mechanism doesn't seem strong enough. My extension slides in any direction with little pressure.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • No

This is a great and affordable kit that guarantees you'll never miss out on the right nozzle or little tool to go with "difficult job". "Bits" of electronic equipment. I often delve into the innards of servers, and having this in my backpack often saves me the long trek to my toolbox. It's good to know that it's designed to prevent electrostatic discharge (ESD), and the plastic pry bar is particularly useful (saves nails!) Highly recommended

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Not everything fits

This tool box seems to have it all: A nice case that closes well. All the most common sized parts needed for PC repair including multiple sizes of Torx, Hex, Robertson (Square), Wrench, Triangle, Three-Point, Five-Point (used by Apple) and some I can't even identify. Magnetic screwdriver and extension cord. good tweezers. Magnetic pad to magnetize the screwdriver in case of magnet loss and to hold the screws, and a small plastic case to hold the screws. cleaning cloth. for bits where each bit…

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Speed

All in all a good tool set.

Everything done fairly reliably. The set is flat enough to fit in the front of my pack without bloating. All tools look like they are meant for a long time. I've only had this kit for about two weeks so we'll see, but in that short time it's become a fairly constant companion in my gear bag. The only thing that confuses me is that the screwdriver locking mechanism doesn't seem strong enough. My extension slides in any direction with little pressure.

Pros
  • Computer and accessories
Cons
  • Crumpled

Magnetic pad to magnetize the screwdriver in case of magnet loss and to hold the screws, and a small plastic case to hold

Good all purpose screwdriver/bit set for almost all screws

I really like this set. He has a bunch of screwdrivers of all kinds, including the torx with a hole that is used in many devices (e.g. torx with a hole). I enjoy playing around with lots of different gadgets, and I also like to fix and 'learn' electronics of all kinds. This set has bits for every screw I've found in the wild, plus a few more. The case is very durable and is made of durable canvas material. It has to stand up to hard use. I love that it comes with a pouch like this (with velcro…
