So I got this some daya ago and I was excited to try it and add it to my diet and excersice regimen. I believed it would make me pee a lot. I drank it as instructed and drank a lot of water with it, as recommended by other clienta in the reviews. So far the only results I got is moderated sweating and no more urination as it normaly happens when I drink a lot of water. When I take this I feel awful and ill, the same sensation when you eat too much. Sleepy, dizzy, nauseous and my chest feels weird. I'm a nurse and work in a hospital and had my co workers check me. I was fine, but those symptoms don't go away for hours. And yes, I take other suppliments together and none of them make me feel so aweful. And I had taken another vitamin of this kind and only needed to take one two times a day. Dint make me feel this bad.
