I received my screen a few days ago and installed it today. I am very happy with it. The video image looks great. We look forward to the last two football playoffs tomorrow and the Super Bowl on February 2nd. I've watched several Prime Video movies on it. I bought this model because I have 9 foot ceilings and installed it as close to the ceiling as possible and over a pair of double closet doors. The wall it's mounted on was about 10" smaller, so I added a pair of 16" long, 1" x 3" poplar boards as wings to support the screen. The wall is enough to reveal the cabinet door frame and it hangs well. Mounted on the ceiling, the display housing is quite unobtrusive. The extra black bezel at the top of the viewing area allows me to lower the screen far enough for my projector to be the correct height on my bedroom dresser and projecting across the room to fill the viewing area perfectly External damage to the box but the screen inside was not damaged. The screen is nice and flat with no ripples or waves and the slow down feature works well although I might not have preferred it but it's ok. I'm not complaining. I am happy. all the way to the top. I would prefer a screen that doesn't have a soft roll that requires me to hold the handle to the end because I could roll it up faster. A gentle retreat is fine, however. This is not a breach of contract.
