I used this in my most recent chest/triceps workout, and I loved it. I typically do triceps pushdowns twice a week: once with a v-bar and once with a straight bar. My current straight bar is great, don't get me wrong - but it's a 16" bar and I wanted some wider grip variation without trying to thread the needle using a lat pulldown bar inside my squat cage (where my pulley system is). This Seleware straight bar was the perfection solution. At 22" length, it gave me the ability to do wider grip triceps pushdowns without wrestling a big lat pulldown bar. A little variation goes a long way. And the wider grip works better with reverse triceps pushdowns which I toss in on occasion. The construction is really strong and feel incredible durable. The rotating collar for the bar is smooth and quiet. There's simply nothing bad to say about this bar, and whether you're looking for your first bar attachment, or a new variation, I definitely recommend grabbing one of these, especially at this decent $30 price point. It's a value well worth the small investment.
