Awesome System With Amazing Support When Needed
This is an easy system to use, our customers love it! We can now sell food via online ordering which has really helped us with customer service issues as well in that we are able to answer orders faster than ever before due to this integration into ezchows POS software from Foodservice Software.
The one thing I dislike about using Ez Chow for my restaurant was how slow they were at responding when there had been errors or something went wrong during processing of credit card info (which happens quite often). Once again though their support team gets right back onto me within minutes whenever I do report such things so if you need help just ask you will be provided quickly :) Customer Service - Easy Payment ProcessingIntegration - Online Orders.
- It's great knowing your order goes through smoothly every time even tho' sometimes mistakes happen like not getting paid correctly but then i get timely responses form them allays correcting any problems immediately upon reporting same !!!
