Kitchen & Dining Buyers beware

I loved this bento box. This made it possible to routinely prepare dinner. I don't buy without reading the background of the companies. I believed them when they said "money back guarantee". I had the box for 1 month before the plastic clips broke. I heard from Bento that they will replace it. And here I am at the start of another school year and this thing is flowing all over my backpack. I would be very happy about a replacement in the hope that the small plastic part does not break again. Bento, please help!
