This mask is effective and really helps to improve the cardiovascular system. The levels and design are quite intuitive, but I'd like a slightly larger size since I have a big head. Second, the mask doesn't fit my glasses well, so I would recommend wearing contact lenses or removing the glasses while exercising. .Finally, cleaning the mask is not so easy for me. I removed the fabric and washed but the inside of the mask remained unwashed. BUT the mask has several qualities that justify the purchase and the look.
