Great idea, bad execution

Some of the letters left the assembly sheet without any problems. Others not so much; it seemed to depend on which sheet the letters were on. For some, I might as well use an X-acto knife and a roll of black tape. I had to use a knife to cut indents on some of the letters to separate them. A 15 minute project became a 15 minute project. Very frustrating and will probably look elsewhere if I have to do this again.
