First of all. This is NOT a "portable air conditioner", it is a swamp cooler, to be an air conditioner it must have a COMPRESSOR, CONDENSER, EXPANSION VALVE and EVAPORATOR. This is the definition of an air conditioner. This is a swamp cooler with an adjustable mist. I know the difference because I'm an HVAC technician. HOWEVER, this works well in an office setting when you're hot. This cools your room by about 10 degrees Fahrenheit, or about 6 degrees Celsius when you're within a 6 foot or 2 meter radius. Who should I sue? Revain or the company that sold me a FAKE PROMOTIONAL item? I need an answer AND a change in how the product is sold. Because here in Arizona, where low humidity works, it doesn't work in high humidity areas. I'm waiting for a reply, a refund, and changes to your ad and product description.
