. I have done everything suggested. but my daisy just won't use it. and now it's too late to go back. so very upset. There should be a longer return time for an item that takes longer to try and see if your dog will use it. I mean if you really make all the offers. it takes a little while. I'm stuck with that now. so no don't buy it. if your dog doesn't use it right away. If there are any problems, send them back immediately. don't wait and try all the offers. You will lose your return window just like me.
