I'm 5'7", 185 lbs, have an athletic build and usually wear large, slim fitting shirts. The large size of this shirt fits me perfectly. Fits perfectly in all the right places without being skin tight around my waist. I tried XL but it was too big for me. If you have a small stomach, you can increase the size or consider a loose fitting shirt. Even if you are tall these shirts are a little short so they may not be long enough for you. The material is nice. Medium weight (lighter than pique but not too light). I will definitely buy them again.
