Results depend on the size of the crate, the number of cats using it, the depth of the litter, and how often you clean it. I have a box that would be bigger if I had more space and is used by two older cats. Crate once a day and use 2 types of litter together: 1. Clumping litter for easy collection and complete removal of moisture and solids 2. Non-clumping litter for added volume and enjoyment of digging.
