I love the item I received. But when I removed my stuff from my old bag, I had trouble putting the 2nd item (and all the others) in my pockets. Then when I used (the pouch) on the first day, I found that I had to press my phone's buttons. This is unacceptable. I'm satisfied, things hold tight, but you need 2 hands to take something out. I hope you don't have anything on your hands. I guess I have to go back to my old worn bag.
