No excuse for only earning 2 stars

The only thing that annoys me is that the sponges have come loose from the applicators after a short use. Easy to fix - I just glued them back on with better glue - but that's not the point. The thing is, why does the manufacturer save and use low-quality glue? Totally useless and pointless because nobody wins.
