The best part about this tool was its user interface, which enabled me as one of my clients -to easily manage all social media accounts in minutes without any issue or complication at all. I can say it's not much comfortable for newbies like me who are using it first time because everything seems too difficult so you need some practice but once u get used with it then no problem will be faced by users while managing their account! There isn't anything i dislike from this platform rather than they have done really good job and made things easier for us marketers-clients also!! As already said above there aren't many options available when we want to do something other than what is suggested automatically. So if your looking out for such tools where you wont find anything else please go through them otherwise may be regret later on. It has helped us a lot during our campaign management.
