I tried to use it to redirect a USB HD webcam over Ethernet. So, the pros: once I plugged it in, it successfully redirected the USB as expected, and I was very impressed with the ease of setup and build quality. Unfortunately, the USB bandwidth was not sufficient for the HD camera, and it also had enough latency to not work for my specific application (multi-angle camera). That being said, the fact that it didn't work for my odd edge case didn't detract from what appears to be a solid product. You could use the getting started guide or at least the pdf link as the initial sync setup is not intuitive.
