Review on HENGDA KITE Cartoon Children Outdoor by Brent Porter

This kite was defective in that one of the red plastic parts that the poles go in was closed at one end (the pole has to go into each end). I tried cutting off a small piece of the end to see if it was just the end that had excess plastic from the mold or something, but the plastic was blocking too much to solve the problem. I don't know why but Revane tells me that the "refund window" for this item closed 2 weeks ago. Should a defective item be returned at any time? Shame on you, Revane.
