How to initiate a 12m warranty I bought this in January and it no longer works.

According to the product rating, the product can be returned within 12 months without any problems. It's been six weeks and this charger is out of order. I keep getting messages that the Dell laptop cannot detect the adapter. Stop loading. Doesn't stick well and keeps falling out. According to Revain, the return period has passed and the return is expected to be hassle-free for 12 months. What should I do?
