I have a few modest goals in this review: first, to clarify the 60W power claim mentioned by other reviewers, and second, to detail my experience with cables . The cable I received is listed as 100w, not 60w. Please see the photos I have uploaded for confirmation. I understand that others have posted photos of their boxes labeled "60W". Obviously they got that. But my most recent purchase says Belkin no longer supplies 60W cables. Instead, as advertised, 100W cables are supplied. While I sympathize with the affected reviewers, I also acknowledge that trends have changed. Second my experience. I have a 2017 MacBook Pro with Touch Bar. I also have a Razer External GPU (EGPU). My computer connects to the EGPU with a Thunderbolt 3 cable. I bought this cable because the Thunderbolt 3 cable that came with the EGPU effectively connected my computer to the EGPU. I bought a Belkin cable because it offers more length. I didn't notice any difference in performance. I'm playing on my Mac and the FPS haven't dropped or increased. So I recommend the cable. I would buy this again. And yes I paid full price for the cable and no I am not affiliated with Belkin.
