Review on 🐭 Evoluent VMDMW VerticalMouse D: Wireless Ergonomic Mouse for Right-Handed Users - Original VerticalMouse Brand (2002) by Seth Singh

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This makes it quite distracting and uncomfortable as usage increases throughout the day. 2) The right angle is almost 90 degrees vertical, which in my case results in the entire weight of my arm being on the outside of my palm. Other ergonomic mice have a slightly smaller angle, which allows the mouse itself to carry some of the hand's weight. The result in this case is discomfort after using the mouse for more than an hour. Pros: 1) Alkaline batteries, not rechargeable batteries. I use the mouse 9 hours a day. Personally, I prefer removable batteries because when the batteries run out, I can quickly get back to work by swapping out the batteries. This is much better than switching to another mouse while the main one is charging. 2) The Windows driver turned out to be very feature rich, allowing you to customize the mouse buttons in many ways. 3) Softball style grip. I prefer ergonomic mice that require a wider grip (wider thumb-to-index finger grip). Very slim ergonomic mice that require a grip similar to holding a closed thin book give me wrist pain over time. I understand that this can be negative for others. 4) Thumb buttons are easy to reach and easy to press, but not so close that you accidentally press them when moving the mouse. I'm willing to pay a little more for an ergonomic mouse as it's an essential tool for me. However, this mouse's shortcomings will keep me searching.
