There isn't much I dislike about them - we could definitely use some new features but it's understandable due to business growth over time which can lead to lag in development times. Give them chance! You will appreciate how quickly your website takes off once they get started optimizing. Our traffic had doubled at least once during each month of working together so far. We also saw increases across various Google Analytics metrics such as visits per day/month/year and bounce rate - all positive indicators showing improvement towards higher rankings within search engines like google.
