I bought this mainly for subsonic filters. I did my best to isolate my turntable but I had a rumble that was causing my subwoofer cone to wobble and pop which can really ruin the bass. Due to the limited space, my speakers sit on the same surface as my turntable. I installed isolating feet on the speakers, a turntable platform, made sure my hand and carriage didn't match, made sure my records weren't warped, nothing worked. This preamp solved the problem and also sounds a lot better than the phono input on my Onkyo receiver.
