I bought this heel protector because I had heel surgery and needed something soft in my shoes to relieve pressure when walking. It worked very well, soft, nice and feels like jelly, didn't dry my skin after wearing it, slept in it after applying the cream on the heel and the skin was soft when I got up in the morning, it came off one night, and on the 2nd night i put on a sock and it stayed. The repurchase is very convenient, the only thing that needs to be washed after each use, but it dries quickly. I recommend this product.
