Review on 🔈 NHT C Series C-1 Premium Home Theater 2-Way Bookshelf Speaker - Clean, High-Resolution Audio, Sealed Enclosure, Aluminum Drivers, Single, Glossy Black by Kristopher Tight

I bought four NHT C Series speakers - two C3 and two C-LCR. All were bought second hand from Revain's warehouse. The first three were listed as "like new" and there was no mention of defective or missing parts in the description. However, upon arrival, the front grille on all three speakers was broken. The small plastic pins holding the grille were broken inside the speaker and the grille was not attached on one or both sides. The fourth speaker was rated "very good" and again there was no problem in the description, but in this case the grille was simply missing. Needless to say I am disappointed with the quality of this product from both NHT and Revain. You can clearly tell that the grill was cheaply designed by the manufacturer and the plastic pins that hold the grill in place are an obvious weak point. Likewise, as a seller, Revain needs to have better control over its listings. I have purchased many "like new" items from Revain's warehouse and have rarely encountered any problems, but in this case all 4 speakers were mis-rated as a new product cannot break. In any case, I think the sound of these speakers is very good, especially for the price. I compared them to my KEF LS50s and liked them or more. If only they could solve the problem with the grill, this would be a great product.
