My verdict on the product is the most optimal mid-range steering wheel, already suitable for serious car sims. I can’t recommend it to absolutely everyone due to the price and many pros and cons, but I think for those who have time to devote stable amateur 5 hours a week to car sims, this steering wheel will suit you. If there is an appropriate income and intentions to drive at a professional level, then it is advisable to pay attention to Fanatec products.

Pros

An excellent offer in the segment of steering wheels, standing between mass amateur bagels and premium non-localized Fanatec products in 2022. I myself play on the console from Sony, and the steering wheel is just the same focused on this platform. I also bought an additional formula steering wheel and operate it without any problems. The steering wheel suits me personally, but there are plenty of nuances that must be considered before buying.

Cons

Although the T300 is relatively good, it is impossible not to pay attention to the following unpleasant moments: 1) The main disadvantage that I can't help but notice is the decrease in ForceFeedback's strength. Maybe I'm so "lucky" and I came across such a mowing base, but during long intensive taxiing, at least in F1 2022, steering feedback noticeably weakens by about 50-60% after already 1.5 minutes after the start of the race. There is a feeling that the steering wheel is literally "running out of steam", because if you stop driving intensively and, after pausing the game, give the device a minute to "restore breathing", then the feedback force returns to the desired level. This greatly reduces the positive feeling of the game. As soon as FF goes down, it is necessary to literally change the approach to driving a virtual car, which requires some short-term adaptation. In general, this is the most important and very significant drawback, for which I rightly do not put the 5th star. The disadvantages below are no longer as significant as this one. ; 2) As soon as I took a completely new steering wheel out of the box, I immediately realized with my nose that this would not disappear in a few days. The body of the steering wheel is made of plastic, and very odorous. During the game for 2 months, I opened the window to breathe less of this semi-toxic, nasty smell of Chinese plastic. Fortunately, it still gradually weathered during operation. ; 3) When calibrating the steering wheel for a fraction of a second, about 400 ° relative to the center, scrolls sticky. This does not really affect the operation of the steering wheel, but it is a little alarming. 4) The pedal block, in comparison with competitors, is rather meager in quality. It is advisable to purchase a more sophisticated version from the steering wheel manufacturer or something from a custom one. I already have resistance springs in the pedals that have lost about 5-10% in stiffness.
