Although this stuff is expensive, it works really well without being super sticky like other petroleum based brighteners (like Armor All, Black Magic, etc.). This stuff works and will clean/shine plastic, especially black plastic. As for the consistency of the liquid, it's a little runny and milky in colour. Don't worry, it becomes transparent as it dries. Microfiber (which is reusable!) There are instructions on the bottle. This product can be used in a variety of glosses/finishes , from the pitch black (clean) look of a new tire to the intense semi-gloss sheen seen at dealerships and auto shows.
