Review on Enhanced OtterBox Symmetry Series Case for iPhone 12 & iPhone 12 Pro - Earl Grey (VETIVER/Climbing Ivy) by Mike Robinson

A longtime OtterBox user comes here to say this case DOESN'T FIT! This case broke the side button (power button) of my iPhone 12 Pro less than a month after I started using the case. EXTREMELY tight with a very tight fit that almost requires you to use a wedge to pry the phone out. This was probably why the side button didn't click back and return to its original position. I liked the overall feel of the case as the silicone on the front of the case makes the edges less sharp and "grippy" than on the case. iPhone 12 Pro only while increasing the overall size by just 1-2mm. However, this slim design comes at a price as this phone case fits very snugly, perhaps too snugly. I have never dropped this phone outside of the case and even in the case the fall has been kept to a minimum. One day, about a couple of weeks after I started using this case, I went for a run with my phone in my running bag. When I came back I noticed that I couldn't press the side button and my phone was always on. Upon closer inspection, I saw that the power key was permanently plugged into the iPhone. Unfortunately, when I tried to turn off the phone, the phone would not let me boot to the home screen. Instead, it prompted me to fully restore my iPhone. I am currently speaking to my ISP to try and get a warranty replacement. Note. I can't confirm if this is iPhone related or not, but my colleagues have not experienced this with other iPhone cases on their 12 Plus.
