I like that it has all aspects covered in one software package for my organization, including voice mail handling, call routing, conferencing etc., as well as being able to see activity from users within our UC system. It would have been nice if there were more options when creating an account/user profile - we had issues with some features not working properly until after several hours (or days). We are solving almost every communication problem related to internal communications using this platform; however, once again, having everything under one roof makes administration easier than managing multiple systems separately.
