It is easy to use since it integrates with all of our other systems like Salesforce CRM etc..

The reporting features are great as well! I love that we can create custom dashboards in order make reports easier to read/understand when you have so many items going into one dashboard at once. There isn't anything really i dislike about this product but if there was something specific would be nice. This system has been very helpful from start up through now where everything works seamlessly together which makes tracking training much more efficient than before.
