This pan is perfect for roasting chicken and spare ribs. This is the heaviest pan I've ever seen and the clear non-stick coating works great. I just have to remember not to use it for frying as it is rated for 450 degrees and not higher frying temperatures. Also, I hand wash carefully so as not to damage the coating. The plastic brush works great. I am sure that I will be happy with him for many years to come.
