Poor fit, laptop does not close fully

I have to agree with other reviews that the laptop does not close fully in this case. While the case is thicker and should be quite protective, it doesn't latch well. It is believed that in certain falls the case can just pop out and your Mac Book's screen can still break. It's also a pretty tough case.
