I purchased this chain to replace the silver one that came with the pendant I'm wearing as my skin doesn't react well to silver and causes it to tarnish quickly. This very thin chain is exactly what I was looking for and I was thrilled to find it at this price as we all know how high the price of gold is these days. I know a lot of the reviews complained about how thin the chain was or that it was not sturdy or broke easily but it's literally advertised as "barely there" necklace for women, they don't misrepresent the sturdiness or width of the chain in any way. I was expecting exactly what I received and I love it and best of all, don't have to worry about my necklace tarnishing now!
