The sizes of La Sportiva are universal.

I ordered these in a size 45.5 (1.5 sizes smaller than street shoe size, 47), just like all the other models. my other climbing shoe is sportiva. I couldn't even tie the heel in it when the laces were fully undone. I've had Finals, Squams and now Muirs all a size 45.5 which fit perfectly once worn. Real shame as I was excited to try these and have aggressive shoes with laces instead of straps.
