Review on Jack Wolfskin Technical Internal Trekking by Kristine Black

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great versatility: camping and hiking

I bought this because I found it at such a great price I couldn't miss it. However, when I received it I found that at 5ft 2in it was too big for me to comfortably use as a backpack. I packed it up and it turned out to be too big. I'm thinking of a bigger backpack to take my daughter to Ireland, but it's too big to take as hand luggage only. However, it will be great for my husband if we do road trips around the US. I removed the 10L backpack bag that I use for myself and he can use it as his only bag. It feels just as sturdy as other JW bags and I love the fact that the backpack straps can be zipped shut, you check it, they'll be safe and secure. I love the idea of a backpack that zips open so you can access your stuff more easily than through the top opening. Also easier to pack.

Pros
  • MOLLE gear loops on the front
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
