Reliable no-frills microwave. Close the door and turn the handle. However, it is not very hot compared to most household microwaves. After trying some household microwaves that only lasted a year or two, I decided to buy this commercial microwave. It is durable and should last much longer than residential buildings, however it is basic with no special features. My only complaint is that it doesn't get as hot as a household microwave and takes longer to heat food and drink than for household use. For example, an 8-ounce cup of water for tea or instant coffee takes at least 1.5 to 2 minutes to heat up.
