We had to take it to a party supply store to have it filled with enough helium to inflate it. The girl who helped me in the shop warned me that this would be very difficult to handle. She was right, but she didn't give me any advice. It was TERRIBLE hard to handle. There's just a tiny piece of mylar under the belly to hold on to. Literally could only pinch it between fist and forefinger. As soon as I tried to drag him into my car, he blew up and disappeared before I could do anything. I was angry and confused. Not only was this a surprise birthday present for my shark loving daughter (after a 1.5 year absence!), but I was stunned that I had accidentally contributed to the deadly contamination of loose helium balloons that was killing many marine and land animals. I bought a spare shark balloon and it's good that you can do it, but I haven't done anything with it. I don't know where to rent helium tanks and how much it will cost to fill them. If the manufacturers make a cable, handle, or something to tie with, I might try again. Good luck when you get it. I hope you learn from my mistakes.
