I hate the whole exchange process.
The seams under the straps are torn. It still fits, but I have to come up with something to keep them from disintegrating further. But just knowing that this BRAND NEW shoe, the manufacturer's standard, will never be 100% lame. Also, I hate the return and exchange system. I have to avoid ME because SOMETHING ELSE lacks attention to detail. so I prefer to break it open and pass it on. Completely let down. πππππ

- I bought these for my husband to wear to bowling league in September and by December they were torn!!
- The heel came off after a night of bowling. Attempting to return an item because it lasted 3 games before it broke.
