I'm 5ft 6in and 140lbs and had to use the narrowest setting of the shoulder straps, but the rest of the straps were so long in the front it looked weird. Seatbelts I I was going to wear this over a mesh shirt to a festival but it never bothered me, wish they were different sizes :/
