I bought this to use for changing after a mud run. Personally, I don't like the idea of group changing areas, and wanted some more privacy when changing into my clean clothes. It performed exactly as expected. I am an average sized woman, and had plenty of room to be able to use a towel underneath it to dry off and to change out of everything and put on clean clothes without exposing anything. It was especially nice as the only available area in the changing tent was near the door - even if someone looked in while I was changing, they wouldn't see anything. I just pulled my arms inside the poncho and got dressed as usual. It was so much easier than trying to hold a towel around myself while changing like I did at my last run. I was really happy that I had this.
